We ordered a Harry Potter Loot crate subscription for our 15y.o. daughter and a six package subscription over one year and a twelve package a year Lootwear subscription for our 16y.o. son last year as a Christmas gift.
From December to October we have received 3 Harry Potter and are back-ordered for 2. July's order was delivered last week, in October.
In 10 months the Lootwear subscription is back-ordered for 6 or 7 packages.
Lootcrate does not offer a phone number or live chat for customer service. Their email responses are non-committal as to when back-ordered packages will be delivered. This business practice is completely unacceptable but especially when dealing with children and adolescents.
Do not waste your time or money on Lootcrate!
