I ordered a crate in early November. The crate was for a Christmas present and was scheduled for 18-24 of December.
It is now February the 8th and I have not received any crate. The estimated delivery would just get put back a week every week, but currently now there is no shipment information at all. Over email I have only had automated unhelpful responses. Awful, I strongly urge people not to use loot crate
