Got a free loot crate. Been asking them allot and gave them my shirt size and everything. I won it in 2019 and it been almost 3 months from it been asking customer service they don't know everything. I got a email once from the main person and sent more emails asking and still nothing. I'm just going to wait and hope I see something. But I heard it was a good company now i wish their is a way better one that i can go get better crates other than LootCrate.
