I ordered two 6-month subscriptions for my husband's birthday: loot wear and loot socks. Both crates are supposed to ship at the end of the month. It is now October 10th, and we have yet to receive even the tracking numbers for any of the four packages we were supposed to have received. I have repeatedly contacted customer service. Every time I get the same canned response. They never answer about all four shipments, only two, which means they aren't actually reading my request. I cannot evaluate the actual products, delivery, or value because three months into my subscription, we still haven't received anything.
