Well what can I say, I can’t recommend this company enough. Delightful, polite and helpful customer service team. Particular thanks to Hayley who went above and beyond to assist me. I called to enquire if delivery before Christmas was a possibility and Hayley said that if I placed my order immediately, selecting next day delivery and called her back with the order number she would try her very best to get it out to me in time. I was so pleased to receive my order the following day. Thank you so much Hayley. Might I add we’re all busy at this time of year and customer service can suffer even in the best of companies, so hats off to the team for being an absolute delight to deal whilst under pressure.
