A wonderful customer service experience - I had placed an order for a puppy starter pack, with 3-5 working days delivery. I hadn’t received it on day 4 and with my new pup arriving I was anxious to receive it. I sent an email just enquiring how much longer it might be, and within 2 hours of sending the email I had a lovely reply from ‘Amy’ saying she had arranged for it to be delivered the next day FOC as we had the new arrival of our new pup!
So impressed. Thank you lords & labradors! I will be ordering again. Josie
