I ordered and paid for a vinyl album in advance of it being released, I received an order acknowledgement but 4 weeks after the scheduled delivery date it still hasn’t arrived. I have contacted them 5 times via their website with no response and rung them twice a day every day and it just rings out.
Disappointed about not receiving the album but more disappointed with their customer service.
