“Lost in Vinyl is such a great local shop and an absolute gem in Cambridge. It has a fantastic selection, from classics to rare finds, and everything is beautifully organised. I have been to the shop very recently again and noticed some new stuff and changes, amazing! Bek, the owner of the shop, is very friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about music. He helped me with finding some records and providing suggestions as well as having lovely conversations. The shop has second hand records and a record player to try them before buying - an absolute plus and some selection of music books. Highly recommended for any vinyl lover!”

“I ordered and paid for a vinyl album in advance of it being released, I received an order acknowledgement but 4 weeks after the scheduled delivery date it still hasn’t arrived. I have contacted them 5 times via their website with no response and rung them twice a day every day and it just rings out.
Disappointed about not receiving the album but more disappointed with their customer service.”
