Never, have I ever had the displeasure of dealing with such a horrible company. The order had still not arrived, 3 weeks after I bought my goods. After contacting them, I was told that the goods would be with me by the weekend. It took a further 2 weeks for the goods to arrive and they arrived despite me telling the company ot cancel the order. After their initial reply from my first email enquiring about the location of my purchase, they did not respond to further emails or Facebook messages. When the goods arrived, I was shocked to find that an item I'd paid £25 for looked like it would be better suited hanging off the end of a key ring and the other item I'd paid £35 for did not work as the app required to operate it, had not been updated in 2 years! I did not return the goods as I did not have the confidence from previous correspondence, that this company would process any kind of refund. Chalked it off to bad experience and luck but will definitely not buy from again. Stay well clear.
