Took my money 13 days ago still no product. Blaming the courier. Emailed numerous times. Telephoned numerous times no one rings back despite promises. Asked for a refund - still waiting for a response - £199.99 not a small order. Terrible customer service. Do not even know where the product is - FIASCO. Be aware this is before Black Friday madness. I would never use this Company.
