Had to contact Lost Universe for help as I had ordered a pre order item but did not realise at the time as it was not stated on their Web page. Worried whether or not I would receive the item in time for Christmas, I emailed their customer service team asking when they thought the expected delivery time was. They emailed me back the same day reassuring me that I would receive the item before Christmas. I have now received my item much earlier than anticipated! Thank you again for your help and great service!👍
