Utterly awful. Part of my parcel was dispatched on 23rd November (according to email) but never delivered. Lost universe told me it was delivered 2nd December but I’ve been at home shielding from the 25th November so know for a fact that is untrue. When I emailed all I was told was to contact my local postal service (which I had, they said they did not have the parcel). I was then told to just keep waiting as there was nothing they could do. Shameful customer service, especially for Christmas!
