Overall the service was ok. Unfortunately my item had a chip, therefore I sent an email and was advise to send the faulty item back and get a replacement. Some time went along of me chasing what is going on. Finally I was told there was a miscommunication and they don’t do replacements. Instead they had to refund me and for me to replace the order. It was nearly 2 weeks for me to get my refund back.
Regardless, the items on the website are amazing! I just wish the customer service matched it.
