The website was great, easy to navigate. However they split my order in to 2 packages, the first package came quickly but the other one I had to chase them for it after a few weeks had passed and it seems they had forgot to post the other item to me. I only received it because I rang and asked about it as the lady I spoke to said sometimes the suppliers do this... not very comforting when I'm giving you my money. If the first package had been my whole experience I would have gave 5 star.
