The products were brilliant exactly as shown and described and arrived in enough time for me to get them to people for Xmas. Also I emailed a week before 2 of my products had arrived as I hadn't had any Info about them yet and was swiftly emailed back and reassured that my order wasn't lost and that they were just waiting on stock to be available then my products were shipped about 3 days later
