I have purchased a few times from ‘Lost Universe’. It has been great and would order from them again and again!
What makes me more inclined to order from them is, we had a mug thy I ordered have a few scratches on and a chip in it.
I emailed ‘Lost Universe’ and they where the best responses I’ve ever had from a company, polite, prompt and solved the problem with out even asking!
This proves there customers service is spot on 10/10!
