The range of products were fantastic and although they couldn’t meet our Christmas delivery time as they were overwhelmed with orders, the team were communicative and refunded the postal charge without being asked. I would’ve been willing to pay postal, but it was a nice gesture. I’ll shop here again for sure. The kids were chuffed with their gifts. Thank you for being awesome x
