Awful. Didn’t despatch my item which I bought for a birthday present. Delievery stated 3-5days. So I had to end up spending double the money. Then I opened a case on PayPal as they ignored my message (still no reply) then only after a few days of opening the PayPal case they decided to despatch the item. So now I’m stuck with an unwanted item. Have no idea how to return as they don’t respond. Going by other reviews I probably wouldn’t even receive the refund anyway.
