Item arrived on time, product seems fine, but you may want to invest in some multiple sized postage boxes, the box was about 10x the size of the product and then you had tons of the plastic air filled bags that were in there to protect it from rattling around, it is surely a waste of money for you, and bad for the environment also. Apart from that I would use your company again.
