I haven’t used this site before but a friend has so thought I’d give it a go especially when the 10 inch Funko Pop was on offer and 10% off making it a great deal. Unfortunately the item arrived damaged but the customer service team were fantastic, Friday 10 mins before they are due to close they picked up the phone and responded to my emails sorting out my issue. Replacement is on the way and they have been brilliant and will be shopping here again!
