The initial purchase was fine but the item was faulty. My 8 year old had to wait until the item was returned before anything was sent out in replacement even though there is proof the item has been posted. It's been 4 days since I sent it back and I have still had no confirmation that a replacement has been sent. Shocking customer service. If there was somewhere else I could buy a Boglin I would.
