My order was split in 2, first half was delivered swiftly, well packaged and arrived in time with tracking details shown on the dispatch. The 2nd half of the order, has no tracking details on the dispatch, is now 3 days late and I have emailed the customer support using details on the website and had no reply 2 days on.
