Was really disappointed that someone sent me the wrong size and also didn't even put an invoice in it. Being disabled I then had to get someone to take it back to the post office for me, get a label printed by them and send it back. This caused me great stress and as it is a present for my grandson, I don't even know if I am going to get the replacement in time. I explained all this to them and I was just told how to send it back, there was an attempt at an apology, but no offer of compensation like reduced price or anything, which I feel is bad customer service, after all, it was their mistake!
