I bought a pair of trainers that came at least 1 size smaller. They offered to send me a new pair with the next size up and they did, but they were still small. I asked for a refund but i was asked to send the products back to China! The cost of sending is at least £30 and i paid £40 for the shoes, so it’s not worth it. All in all, disappointing experience. They do not have a very good customer service approach about returns. I do not know how they are allowed to have business in the UK.
