Negative stars
I ordered in November; they charged my card and sent a confirmation email immediately. It is now January and the order still says unfilled. I have emailed them ( the only way to contact them) over 10 times and never got a response. So now I am out the money and have not received the products either. DO NOT ORDER FROM LOTTIE LONDON. They are thieves! They steal your money!
