Very unorganized, under staffed, and rude employees! Safety was not the top priority, seemed more focus on ensuring you signed your waiver then understanding how to use your harness, those right in front heard the instructor, we were a group of 8 and heard absolutely nothing had to rely on watching what others were doing to figure it out on our own.
