Ross, our tour guide was very funny while telling us about the cave he made jokes along the keep the group entertained. Overall this was a very fun experience and as Ross said somebody once said, he is the 8th wonder of the world.

Came for the walking tour and that’s all it was. I’ve been to other caverns and this is the most uninteresting one ever. If you are expecting to see something interesting don’t waste your money. No stalagmites or stalactites no water falls nothing. It’s a cave that has been dug out and that’s it. And the cost for everything is outrageous.

Omg, the best time ever. Got there at 1030 and left there 1230. Travis and Nolan the best tour guedes. Very patient and made it exciting for us. We were a group of 3 and got paired up with a great funny family from Michigan. I am scared of heights and they had one person also scared of heights. They also had a grandmother of 84 years old. If she could do it I could do it. The staff was great and very friendly. From the beginning making the reservation was easy and checking in was great all I needed was my nome and they pulled it up. After checking in Nolan and Travis came and got us and showed us how to put out harnesses.

This was my third trip to the mega caverns. I have taken my daughter and grandkids and also had a birthday for my daughter over the past few years. A couple weeks ago I took my grandkids back and I don’t know if the place has changed ownership but they no longer except cash. While it is a private company and it is their right to do so they did not make that clear on the wed site(see photos of website).I see this starting to be a trend with places and it’s kind of frightening because this is heading towards the Chinese model and the In the Chinese social credit score model. If you’re a freedom of an American company you should take cash. So what it tells me is they are following the woke agenda and Maga is not welcome at mega. People should see this is the way the government Do you control the actions of its citizens like in communist and totalitarian society’s. Wake up America as for us we won’t be going back there for sure. And I have added this to the list on all of the conservative sites so other mega know not to bother to go . So good luck with that mega caverns because over 100 million Americans are not onboard with limiting freedoms .

Enjoyed zip lining with Charlie and Erin times two. They we very informative and fun. When checking in, be aware that the scales weigh you twenty pounds over your weight. Be sure to be under the weight limit.

I hate this place. You guys sued the zoo saying that it's about the drainage system but the zoo was there before you were and now the favorite attraction is being sold for $50,000. And do not even try to convince me to change this.period.

Amazing time. Went with my wife and 8 year old son on the zip lines. Not gonna lie I was brave for my son at first and after he became a pro lol I let my fear set in and the adrenaline was as real as it comes! So much fun and really test your fears. Over all so worth it and we will be back!

Even if you are an adult the agility course is very fun and has challenging obstacles. Had a awesome time. Would love to try the cave ziplines after doing the agility course.

We made the trip from South Carolina with reservations (tickets purshased) when we showed up to our appointment we were told that our 6 year old daughter was not allowed. We had signed the waiver in witch we had declared her birth date and all of our contact information was there too, no one contacted us before we got there to let us know that she was not allowed. So all the travel expenses we had was a waste of our time and money and all they had to offer us was a I'm sorry we can refund youyou.ogive you a raincheck

Felt like I was in communist China being told to put a mask on in my own vehicle.

We purchased tickets to the light show and sat in line for an hour and hardly moved. We ended up turning around and headed home. Traffic was a nightmare and I feel at this large of an event cops should be directing traffic at least on weekends. If you go plan on being in horrific traffic. Was a waste of money for us. I will never buy another ticket to this event.

hailey and josh are the best tour guides. I could hear them clearly and they were always helpful, especially when they cracked funny jokes. I would 100% recommend, and will be sure to come back

We went to Lights Under Louisville on a Tuesday at 8pm. We didn’t have to wait in any line and it cost us $30 because we paid with a card. The lights were beautiful and we had a great time. It took us about 20 minutes to go through the whole light show. Definitely worth doing at least once in a lifetime! My 8 year old son especially enjoyed it! Worth it!
