Enjoyed zip lining with Charlie and Erin times two. They we very informative and fun. When checking in, be aware that the scales weigh you twenty pounds over your weight. Be sure to be under the weight limit.

My grandkids and I enjoyed ziplining in a cave. It truly was a bucket list experience.

The biking was a lot of fun, and a good value. There were many different paths you could take, and appropriate for different levels of bikers. I think it would be better though if someone stayed down there with the bikers in case of an accident. My friend took a bad spill and had to go to the hospital for stitches, he bled half way through the cavern just making it up to someone who had gauze for him. I'd recommend a med kit down in the actual bike portion so that people can get to it faster. Overall, it was a great time and would come again

We got a zip pass for Christmas and finally cashed it in, and we had a ball! We weren’t sure what to expect but really enjoyed the zips, small geology lessons, and the great guides we had. I want to say thanks to Zack and Trevor for making it a great time, and sorry for leaving my wallet in a locker so we couldn’t tip you!

We enjoyed our e-bike tour of the facility. This is the most in-depth tour they currently offer. It was historically interesting and informative as well as sharing some of the modern uses of this remarkable space. I don't have any specific criticism of the experience. It was fun. I think the cost was realistic for the time that we spent. I'm not sure I would come back to do it again, so I guess that's my only question is what else is Mega Cavern going to use to attract visitors back? Zip lines - maybe for some but not all and very pricey? Probably not for me. Bicycle course - maybe the mountain bike style. Some of my other ideas: bowling alley, underground mini-golf, go-karts, museum, musical performances, IMAX theater.

Zach M and Rachel were very entertaining tour guides and the actual zip lining was very fun. The only suggestion would be to put a little more time into decorating the cavern up a little bit. I had also ordered a photo package and was a bit disappointed that there were no action shots included in the package. This was a one time experience, I would've liked my son to have at least one photo of him actually zip lining.

Electronic bike tour was really cool! Riding thru the cave is an awesome experience! Learning the history was interesting. Suggestion; less talking & more riding. Just as you get a good speed & the hang of the electric bike, the tour guide would stop.

The tram tour was fun, but I wish our guide would have pointed out/emphasized what we were under more during the tour. It would have been fun to know if we were under the gorilla exhibit or which exit on the Waterson. Also, a zombie attraction would be fun or maybe a laser light show set to music like the planetarium puts on. We had a nice time and our guide, Garret, was very nice and funny.

We purchased tickets for the zip line and the E-bike tour. I loved the E-bike tour. Jacob was our tour guide. He was very funny and awesome. We didn't feel rushed at all. My son and his friend did the Zip line. They had a great time.

Mega Zip was kind of pricy and would’ve liked slightly better views while zipping however, that will take time, if allowed to improve. Our tour guides were great and the Mega Quest is worth it! Would like to go back and try other things!

The tram ride was very interesting adventure. We couldn't hear the recorded messages very well and our teenagers said the were in the very back and couldn't hear the tour guide that well either.

We brought our four kids ages 5-13. Two zip lined two did quest. They had a great time. The quest was a little too difficult for our 5 year old but he enjoyed it. The guides Evan and Jacob were great. I was pleasantly surprised that the snacks by quest were reasonably priced.

It was a lot of fun and in a very interesting atmosphere underground. The obstacles varied and were challenging but not impossible to complete. What I disliked was how crowded the course was initially. I had a 2pm ticket and stayed for about 2 hours. The crowd dissipated after about 3:30. Also, it was very warm in that room, >70 degrees and wished I would have dressed in lighter attire. Overall, if I were to visit Louisville again, I would consider doing this again as I enjoyed it.
