We were told that being 15 minutes late would be okay but it was really not. We were stuck in traffice, called and the response from the staff was just get here as quick as you can. We were earlier than we thought and when we go there the response was pretty much too bad. Asked for our money back and they said that that was not going to happen either. Get there early or you won't be riding the tram. Left 3 grandchildren very disappointed. Maybe your staff can be trained.
