The caverns were neat to see but the E-Bike experience was NOT worth it. My bikes battery died at the beginning of the tour (another rider experienced the same thing) and we were told they had no other ones available. Needless to say I had to peddle the entire way. The whole 1 1/2 hour tour consisted of approximately 20 min of bike time, the rest of the time was spent stopping at random locations throughout the caverns so our guide could talk and tell extremely long-winded, irrelevant stories. After we were done I spoke to the supervisor on duty to complain about the lack of a functioning E-Bike and not only was she rude, she provided no resolution to my issue. So I paid $39.95 for myself plus 3 additional tickets, costing approx. $180.00 and we all rode for only 20 minutes and I peddled. Very disappointing!!!!! I would not recommend this. It was so bad I might go as far as to say this tour is a scam.
