HAVING REALISED TODAY THAT NO EMAIL CONFIRMATION WAS EVER RECEIVED STATING THAT THE PURCHASE HAD GONE THROUGH AND NOT RECEVING THE ITEM ALL I HAVE BEEN TOLD IS THAT THE GIFT CARD WAS SENT TO THE ADDRESS HELD ON FILE. WHEN SPEAKING TO THE REPRESENTATIVE THEY ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ME WITH ANY DETAILS ON THE PURCHASE OR PROVIDE THE AMAZON GIFT CARD NUMBER SO THAT I CAN CONTACT AMAZON TO SEE WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT IT I HAVE PERMISSION TO BE ON THE ACCOUNT, IT IS IN MY HUSBANDS NAME, AND HE HAS CALLED THROUGH TODAY TO PUT A PASSWORD IN FILE. THEY ARE REFUSING A ICO REQUEST BY ME STATING 'COMPLIANCE WONT ALLOW IT' THIS IS A LOAD OF TOSH!!!! What are your rights?
