I exchanged my £150 purple card balance for Amazon e-gift card. The e-gift card they send my had already been redeemed. I hadn't even opened my email at the time they said it was redeemed. They refuse to help, saying it's all Amazon's fault but Amazon say I have to go through who I bought it from. That was towards my Xmas presents and they've taken my money and don't care.

My employer insists on issuing vouchers instead of just adding any bonus to my pay (I'd rather get taxed on it honestly) after looking at the appallingly pitiful list of retailers that accept the paper voucher and the fact that you can't register it to spend online or exchange for anything I think my employer will just be awarding the love2shop company my bonus since these will likely expire or end up in the bin.

Nowhere takes them unless they gave the chip - I wasn’t aware this was a choice. Will not be wasting £400 on one next year!

Avoid at all costs! Impossible to use. Give people cash as gifts and do not give them the stress of using (not using) these gift cards. They are totally misleading and have zero flexibility. Customer support blamed the retailer for not explaining that these cards have to be used in store and cannot be used online and refused to let me complain! Horrendous experience. Zero stars. Do not risk purchasing one.

Had my gift cards given as a present got 4 cards £25 pounds on each went to spend them today only to find out they were out of date rang love to shop as I didn't want to lose out on them only to be told they would not help or try to help. Not impressed as I felt embarrassed when I tried to spend them .I would not recommend these vouchers

Received a gift card in December 2023 from my class as a Christmas gift. Have just gone to use the card and it had expired in 4/24 so was not even valid for 6 months! It contained £95!! Unbelievable. No way of getting and funds back. What a disgraceful company! The parents had all collected for us teachers and it is all lost my a scamming horrible company! Avoid at all costs

They are almost impossible to spend, they get you to set up the cards on an app. Then you find you can’t actually spend them online or through the app without keeping the actual original voucher. Total rip off. Lost £50 because i loaded them online on the app and assumed that was in my account, it’s not! You still need the original voucher. So why get you to load it up online !!!

Scam my £50 voucher balance has gone they won’t refund it me saying someone has scammed me impersonating there company and they have taken my money I only remember entering my balance details on there website and now the balance has gone and there saying I’m not covered for the first £35 and they want £8.90 to reissue my card leaves me with £6.10 on my £50 gift card

Given by work £50. App is rubbish and doesn't work. Nothing works on it actually. Constantly providing new password etc. Stay clear of this if thinking of buying for self or a friend.

Would never use these again...got a gift card with fifty pounds and tried to transfer it to a B and Q eCard....apparently I logged onto the wrong site and ended up losing the lot even though I followed the instructions on the web site...and they want me to pay to receive a replacement card....no thank you and I have instructed friends and family to never buy one again.

What a disaster of a gift to give someone. Please don't give these cards to people, it's a terrible gift to give. Stress and more stress just dealing with customer service. Problems upon problems.

Rubbish, got a £10 voucher but I need to enter all my personal details to even get to it's rubbish redeem page. Tried converting to a £10 Amazon voucher and there is a 50p fee - which I can't even pay unless I buy more credit? (Can't just add 50p) - complete rubbish. Avoid.

I have been given a love2shop voucher, and they want to know all your personal data to activate it, even your phone number and date of birth as well everything else. I was shocked, as I’ve not had this requirement with other gift vouchers. This is the worst gift voucher I have ever received. It will end up cut up & in the bin. Terrible gift card to give to someone you care about. I would advise you not to buy it, as your friends and family will be disappointed. Most people value some privacy for their data with increasing fraud. Unacceptable data collection.

For goodness sake just give cash. Someone gave a £10 card to my son. To use it you have to register for an account with Love2shop giving all your personal details then the restrictions on using the card are very complex. I would have thrown it in the bin but I resent this awful company getting to keep the £10. JUST GIVE CASH - it's much safer, simpler and more flexible.
