“Love2Shop is a horrible shopping experience. I would advise anyone considering using this company please don't. I received a £250 gift card that expired Feb 23 and I tried to use it before the end of the expiration date and it was impossible. When I phoned customer service they told me it had expired as it was bought through a company, I would lose the £250. If I could give this company 0 Stars I would. I don't think this is in line with the FCA rules.”

My father was given these absolutely useless vouchers as a retirement present after working for the company for 40 years to be then told by Julie Cahill at this company that basically tough they have expired so we get to keep all the money it’s not even like it’s a little amount it’s £100 they have basically stolen off my father due to a expiry date!!!

Tried converting to a £10 Amazon voucher and there is a 50p fee - which I can't even pay unless I buy more credit? (Can't just add 50p) - complete rubbish. Avoid.”
“I have been given a love2shop voucher, and they want to know all your personal data to activate it, even your phone number and date of birth as well everything else. I was shocked, as I’ve not had this requirement with other gift vouchers.
This is the worst gift voucher I have ever received. It will end up cut up & in the bin. Terrible gift card to give to someone you care about.
I would advise you not to buy it, as your friends and family will be disappointed. Most people value some privacy for their data with increasing fraud. Unacceptable data collection.”
“For goodness sake just give cash. Someone gave a £10 card to my son. To use it you have to register for an account with Love2shop giving all your personal details then the restrictions on using the card are very complex. I would have thrown it in the bin but I resent this awful company getting to keep the £10.
JUST GIVE CASH - it's much safer, simpler and more flexible.”

I got a voucher to use for holidays. - it's a nightmare - you not able to use with in the shops, on theirs website you faster won on lottery than find what you interested in. When you email they will reply with one sentence sending you back to website or adive to call - no one pick up the phone!!! Call 7 times and wait more that 10 min - its sounds like it's their said way to scam customers on phone bills. Ridiculous not aprochable, usless and not existing customer services.”
