The vouchers are an absolute nightmare to redeem and if you make a mistake on the website and dont succesfully check out the system shows that the voucher code has been redeemed (but an oops error appears). Webchat next to useless just "you will have to contact issuing shop for replacement code as your number has been duplicated.
