I ordered a corner sofa on the 2nd august and I have made several attempted phone calls for an update. It is a nightmare to get through and you dont receive an email when you email them. I telephoned over a week ago asking for a refund as my sofa had still not arrived and after reading other bad reviews did not feel optimistic about this company. I rang got through asked for a refund the lady said ok so four days later I spent a long time throughout that day to get through to ask if they had refunded me and was told it would be in my bank within four days no refund of 900. So again I will be having to attempt contact again. I would never purchase anything again or trust what they say on their website.
