Mix well or else it's clumpy. My Dad loves it. It helps both of us fall asleep, but only a little to help us get back to sleep after we wake up in the middle of the night/after 1 rem cycle (the problem we both have). Extra impressed it's Fair Trade chocolate :) Thanks for making it!
