I love the MOVE app and the vanilla plant protein. The app is fun and updated with new videos pretty often and can be used anywhere. They have a workout schedule for each day of the week and it is split very well between strength and cardio.
The protein actually tastes really yummy and is not chalky at all like some protein powders out there. It mixes really well in milk, water and smoothies. Or is yummy in yogurt too.
