I ordered the Bluebell Forest Reed diffuser as a surprise present for my sister in law. I was actually out of the country and somewhere along the order process I missed the gift wrap option. I emailed Love Aroma and had a reply by return to say that as I was the first online order that they would gift wrap it for me and it would be free of charge...... thank you so much Lewis!
To top everything else, my sister in law loved the gift, Bluebells are her favourite flower and she said the scent was divine. I will definitely use Love Aroma again
