Don't use the utility broker #Love Energy Savings! I signed an 3 year gas contract with them on the phone with docusign and the didn't mentioned the commission on the phone to me. They are charging a commission of 34.3% which becomes part of the unit charge. They have urged me to sign the contract as quick as possible and didn't mention the commission to me which is making me the gas price unit price 34.3% more expensive as if I would have singed up directly with the provider. The Unit Rate: is 4.37p/kWh and the commission is 1.5p/kWh!!! Do never use the broker #Love Energy Savings! I have asked they if I can't apply my right to pull out during the 14 days cooling period but this doesn't apply for business they said. Does anyone know if I can still pull out of the contract?
