DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I have been waiting on a refund for flights, for over 4 months. I have evidence of the money being returned from the airline to Love Holidays, yet I am continually told these funds have not been returned.
I have experienced the worst customer service in trying to secure my refund, so please heed this, if you are thinking of using this bunch of charlatans.
Trading standards should close them down.
