Hi, We just completed the first holiday booked through loveholidays. I was so scared after I've seen the reviews but everything was perfect! The flight was on time with a Turkish Airline, the transfer was on time both ways, the hotel ( Papillon Aysha ) was the best one that we ever been in Antalia and we also had a person who was a a dedicated holiday guide for us. I have no complaints at all. I will definitely book again if I find a good offer. Date of experience: 20 - 27th May 2025!

Booked to go to Budapest on the 24th of may to the 27th of may. Through love holidays we paid this in full for flights and hotel. Being a regular customer ive always found great deals and payment plans with them. However the day of travel my partner took seriously unwell and was left in hospital over night. I contacted love holiday to explain I am in the hospital and won't manage the flight in six hours time and that I can provide medical documents to support this. They were not interested at all and said no reimbursement would be issued. I even asked if the reimbursement could be half the price of the holiday we paid to another holiday which wasn't allowed. Other companies would reimburse for this situation we didnt ask to be in no problem. Love holidays you've lost a customer and I will be telling family and friends to avoid at all costs.. you have no compassion for your travelers - you got your money we've lost out on a holiday and money. Hope your happy with yourself !!

I booked a package holiday to Qatar through Loveholidays in November for travel in May, expecting a smooth and memorable trip for a special occasion. Unfortunately, from the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of a nightmare, largely due to Loveholidays’ complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Upon arriving at my destination, I was shocked to find that the hotel had no booking under my name. I immediately contacted Loveholidays, who took over four hours to respond and eventually moved me to an alternative hotel. This replacement was not of the same standard as the one I had paid for and was clearly a downgrade. Despite this being their error, I had to chase them repeatedly, making costly international calls just to get basic support. After two stressful days and continued back-and-forth communication, I was finally moved back to my originally booked hotel. The stress, disruption, and time wasted were incredibly frustrating, and entirely avoidable had they handled the booking correctly to begin with. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. On my return, I discovered that my airport transfer had been scheduled for 1:05am – just 20 minutes before my flight was due to depart at 1:25am. Once again, I had to call Loveholidays in a panic to fix this mistake. Their solution? They booked me an Uber. Considering I had paid £154 for the transfer as part of my package, this was completely unacceptable. An Uber does not reflect the service or cost I had paid for, and it was another example of how little regard they have for their customers once payment is taken. For a trip that cost me £1,600, the treatment I received was appalling. Not only did Loveholidays fail to deliver on their promised services, but they were also dismissive when I raised my concerns. After everything I went through, I was offered a mere £68 in compensation – a token gesture that completely ignores the stress, inconvenience, and extra expenses I incurred. This trip was meant to be a special occasion, but instead it was overshadowed by repeated failures from Loveholidays. Their service is unprofessional, their customer support is slow and unreliable, and they take no real responsibility for their mistakes. I would strongly advise anyone considering booking through them to think twice. I will never use Loveholidays again.

EasyJet brought the holiday a day forward it was then the trouble started. We wanted to cancel the holiday love holidays said they would cancel which we later found out they hadn't they still took the money from us for the rest of our holiday. We then decided to go with the alternative dates we had no support in looking for another hotel. When we did they were all full up they also messed up all our transfers they were happy for us to sleep in the airport the first night in Greece. This caused us a lot of grief and upset. We also lost a lot of money. Please don't bother I havent been or booked anything since.

Terrible service. We were passed around to a different person every time we rang. Then had to wait again for them to pass our problem on to another team. Then they had the wrong date of birth down . Their incompetence cost us £165 extra! Totally unacceptable. Never again, book elsewhere. Terrible.

Never again ... charged me over £700 to change a passenger last minute but couple of weeks ago I upgraded hotel where they glady changed it and took my money for the upgrade but I literally swop one person for another and the just take over £700 out of my bank ... so basically what stared as a £2500 family holiday is now £3400 ... left me with no money to survive when I return home

Be aware! They are providing misleading details at the time of the booking just to charge you for the additional services which are free of charge. In my case I have been informed that only cabin bags are included and charged extra £69 for the check in bag. However after contacting the airline I have been told that all check in bags up to 23kg are free of charge. Loveholidays refused refund due to... their policy. Avoid.

Went to Bologna this week with Loveholidays...wish I'd never heard of them. They booked my name as 1st and 2nd passenger with Ryanair...allocated my name as Jnr and Snr without questioning and found out it is £115 to change name. We had to buy a new flight for my husband. Loveholiday took no responsibility and couldn't have cared less. To add insult to injury the 4star hotel was anything but ..tiny room with no space for clothing ...again not interested. They offer no help with getting to the hotel from airport or advise about flight check in. Absolutely pointless going through them as Ryanair prices the same. Avoid them

I booked a hotel room with a front sea side view which I paid extra for. However, after arriving at the hotel the hotel didn't have a front sea side view and it had a small gap between buildings to miles away to the sea. After contacting the customer service they mentioned the distance doesn't matter and there is no refund to this additional room service. This is a clearly a false advertising and I will be contacting and repoting this to the Advertising standard agency

To make matters worse, they are still planning to take further payments from my account — even after I specifically told them not to, due to this unresolved issue. Shocking behaviour and bullying attitude. Booked to go to Santorini but received no confirmation despite deposit being received. Went to cancel just 9 days later and they looked for full payment of holiday. €2500. No cooling off period and no compromise. The holiday is not for 3 months

Our transfer shuttle just dumped us in the middle of rome miles from our hotel which caused no end of problems. Loveholidays trying to say its nothing to do with them despite the fact that our contract was with them and they are vicarious liable. They clearly care nothing for customer service and care even less about consumer law and contract law. Absolutely shocking company

Dreadful to deal with.Impossible to get hold of customer service. Expect to be left on hold for thirty minutes plus and to wait for at least ten minutes before you get hold of anyone The lack of information pre flight makes me very wary as to what is in store on the holiday when we do arrive.

Hotel Name: Evita Blue, Ioannou 55, Xilokastro, Peloponnese, GR, 20400 I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the all-inclusive package holiday I booked through Love Holidays, which has turned out to be entirely misrepresented and falls significantly short of the advertised standards. Upon arrival, it became immediately apparent that the hotel does not meet the promised 4-star standard. The following issues constitute a serious breach of contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018: Misrepresentation of Hotel Standard 
The hotel is advertised as a 4-star establishment. In reality, the condition and service fall drastically short. The rooms are extremely small and the shower facilities are inadequate — I can barely fit inside them. Inadequate Staffing and Service 
There is only one staff member managing the entire hotel, including reception, bar, kitchen, and housekeeping. This is entirely unacceptable and unsafe, especially for a family with children. Lack of Facilities and Amenities There is no buffet or selection of food as expected from an all-inclusive package. There are no entertainment options or evening activities, which are key elements in such packages. The hotel is empty, with only one other guest present, adding to a sense of isolation and concern for our safety. 
The hotel provides no parking facilities despite this being a reasonable expectation for a 4-star hotel. I have been forced to park on the roadside, risking fines or damage to the rental car. 
My family, including my wife and three daughters, feel highly uncomfortable, vulnerable, and misled by the accommodation provided. The atmosphere is so unpleasant that it feels more like a punishment than a holiday. I have already attempted to resolve this matter through your online support and chat agents but have received no meaningful assistance. I am therefore formally requesting the following: An immediate change of accommodation to a hotel that truly meets the 4-star standard, with appropriate all-inclusive services and entertainment, OR Full compensation for the misleading and distressing experience, including potential costs incurred for relocating to a suitable hotel ourselves. Should I not receive a satisfactory resolution within 14 days, I will be forced to escalate this complaint to relevant third-party bodies,and consider pursuing legal action for breach of contract and misrepresentation. Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and respond urgently with a resolution. We are facing a complete lack of advertised amenities, including the absence of buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner, no entertainment, and limited food options that are consistently subpar (e.g., potato fries, undercooked microwaved chicken, basic salads). Furthermore, basic necessities such as juice, fruits, ice cream for our children, desserts, snacks, and even the ability to make a hot beverage are unavailable. The provided facilities are not functioning as expected. We understand the staff are doing their best under difficult circumstances, but the current situation is significantly impacting our family, including our three daughters. We feel increasingly intimidated, unsafe, and deeply unhappy with the conditions we have encountered. Given the vast discrepancy between what was promised and the current reality, we urgently request an immediate change of accommodation to a hotel that can provide the all-inclusive experience we booked and paid for.
