Not sure what’s going on with this site - Love Holidays have 4/5 on Trust Pilot from over 111k reviews! I had no issues at all with my booking, which I have just come back from. I did have cause to contact them two or three times - waiting times were as expected for an online company and they were helpful. Most things were manageable online though. I contacted the transfer company and hotel myself to confirm the bookings, just to be on the safe side. Having read a few of the bad reviews, I get the impression that the fault is normally with the reviewer or just a result of unreasonable expectations (one person complained that Love Holidays didn’t have a dedicated rep in their hotel!!), so if you’re reading this and unsure whether to book, I have nothing bad to say about them - they got the job done. I would book with them again if the holiday and price were right.

I was very scared to book due to the reviews I've read but luckily everything went in my favour , flight and hotel were perfect only one thing was at the holiday we had a emergency and couldn't change dates, other then that I would book again with LH.

Holiday cancelled due to covid via an email . Instructions in email to wait and we would be contacted .. we have had to contact them and only to be told they are doing they best to sort it and it isn’t down to them to refund our flights even though it was a full package deal .. Ryan air flights have emailed us saying flights cancelled all references same given by love holiday but apparently it’s now not the right reference when filling online form with them ! It’s called screen scraper bookings , when a company use an airlines page without legal permission and also add they own surcharges,so you won’t even get back full flight amounts !.. absolute disgrace how love holidays get away will this .. fuming isn’t the word . We actually spoke to a person through the new booking line the only line not to busy too covid !! Told us to ring customer derives knowing the lines are closed ..

My daughter struck up in India since March2020, she wanted to go to Australia but no flights are there to go in vandebharat flight very hard to get the tickets one of my friend gave Lovely Holiday number and I contacted Mr.susheel and he guided me and took great pain to send my daughter to Australia his planning is very good now my daughter is in Adelaide and she is in quarantine thanks to Mr. Susheel. So request to all who were struck up in India may contact him to reach Australia. Lovely holidays is lovely

Loveholidays kept me updated and returned the full refund of my holiday within a very reasonable timeframe. I have found them easy to deal with but hard to contact. However these are unusual times and adjustments have had to b made by all. The current situation has had a huge impact on business etc.

I had read far more negative than complimentary on their website, however, I believe in giving praise where due. We requested a return of the money paid, rather than accepting a credit note, on the 14th of July, I'm very pleased to tell you that these funds were paid to us on the 22nd. So well done love holidays, I trust this gives heart to those still waiting.

This travel company is a disgrace. My holiday was cancelled due to covid on 28th April. Emirates refunded the £799 8 weeks ago. Loveholidays say they haven’t received the money. So where is it? Finally got linked to a live chat and the operator was rude, dismissive and ended the chat. Absolute disgrace. They are going to lose millions of customers.

We booked a trip to Poland with Loveholiday.com as per contract we paid our deposit, and over the period of three months paid we paid the full amount. Everything seemed in place and waited for the travel date. However, our package holiday was then split, Half our money was sent to Easy jet then March 23rd lock down started. We were still told by LH we were still flying even though the FCO in the UK and the Polish government stated that there would be no travelling to and from Poland. LH failed to correspond in a timely manner, virtually no direct communication with LH, the web page was a farce, we were informed that I holiday is cancelled! So as per 2018 Travel Package Regulations I asked for a full refund? But No! I was told this was not going to happen, I would eventually receive a refund from East jet separately! and a credit note for the rest of the holiday. So the next journey was to get my money back. This Travel Agent is an abhorrent firm driven by financial gain they will not give you your money back. However, I have the skill set to tackle such firms, firstly I challenged their policy, then warned them I would be taking the following action. Because I paid by Credit Card, I would have the benefit of using the Charge back scheme. I invoked this action proving that LH did not follow the law, and failed to correspond in a timely manner. I suggest If you are thinking about using Loveholiday.com Think again! remember, you have worked hard for your holiday, why would you give up your money to a firm who does not care about your needs and if you get into difficulties you will not get your money back, although they state they are ABTA & ATOL protected remember these are a mediation company & the certificate (ATOL) only repatriates you to the UK if the company folds that it! So finally, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. most Agents are just a bank who take your money and sell on your travel plans, either a cheaper flight with night time flights ( your are informed a few weeks before) and a change of hotel or resort not what you have asked for? Always pay with your Credit Card, never us an agent, Search and book independently you will not regret it, why? because now you are the agent and in control of your holiday!

I got my refund from Loveholidays,I would definitely use this company again when booking a holiday .I did lose 30 euro which is the reason I give less star

Amazing service from all the staff working behind the scenes to help every person booked. Think a few people need to remember that holiday reps etc are front line workers too. Myself and my grandmother are due to go to Egypt in September and I reached out to love holidays on numerous occasions about rescheduling until next year and each time they were amazing in responding in advising us what to do in order to prevent us having to spend more money. I’ve regretfully had family members pass away from covid19 and my grandmother is vulnerable. I made them aware of this and they’re constantly reassuring me that the minute flights come available for my date of choice next year that they will be more than happy to accommodate us. Amazing work from all the guys at love holidays, their patience and work ethic should be commended. Granted not all customers are happy with the outcome of their own situations however every company experiences issues during this time and unfortunately you can’t please everyone. Thank you loveholidays for the work you are all doing.

I think I may have been extremely lucky but I have had a full cash refund for my flights and a credit note for my hotel from Love Holidays. I didnt pursue these, I let things take their natural course. They contacted me and the refund was deposited on Wednesday. I can't complain about the service I have received. I am sympathetic to the people who have not had this easy a journey however some of the reviews on here are just plain nasty. I would be reluctant to provide a refund to people who were ringing up and being aggressive over the phone. Sometimes the less you push, the more you get.

I booked a holiday with loveholidays and a couples of days before I went I read the reviews and was really worried. Anyway I get to the airport to get my transfers to the hotel and my transfers never arrived I was to say the least furious! So I rang the emergency contact number and the lady was amazing and so apologetic. The following morning I rang the company and I can honestly say they were truly sorry and quickly reimbursed me the money it cost me to get a bus to the resort and the money I had paid for the transfers and sorted transfer to collect me to take me back to the airport.

Booked in February to go to Mykonos for 7 days Confirmation & booking details were received within hours A deposit of £150 was paid followed by two monthly payments of £333 After the final payment was taken we received our accommodation & transfer vouchers We had the booking number & were able to book seats & check in with Thomas Cook Luggage dropoff was swift & security check was efficient The flight was great with free drinks & complimentary meal At Mykonos airport we were met by Maximillion with 10 min transfer to hotel Check in was a breeze & we had abrilliant but expensive week Mykonos tends to be expensive but is beutiful
