“I received some fabulous help online and over the phone from a lady called Julie. Booking for 12 people who were all then arriving together and leaving at different times was a little overwhelming. She was invaluable help and have great advice and support. The hotel we stayed at was incredible, however we didn't get the garden view we were hoping for and which had been discussed during booking as we were going for my 50th birthday. 2 sets of friends sadly also had to move rooms due to dissatisfaction of the accomodations and also flooding of one from the shower!! The hotel itself, the food and staff especially very much made up for the downfall of the room situations. Love holidays make it easy to pay and keep up to date with the bookings, I already have several other bookings lined up with them, they are definitely my go to holiday provider.”

“It was a smooth process from booking onwards. Communication was excellent throughout the booking process, while on holiday and returning to the UK. My dad has mobility issues so it was important to minimise walking for him and ensure facilities were sufficient to accommodate his needs. We had a lovely holiday making memories”
