Amazing service from all the staff working behind the scenes to help every person booked. Think a few people need to remember that holiday reps etc are front line workers too. Myself and my grandmother are due to go to Egypt in September and I reached out to love holidays on numerous occasions about rescheduling until next year and each time they were amazing in responding in advising us what to do in order to prevent us having to spend more money. I’ve regretfully had family members pass away from covid19 and my grandmother is vulnerable. I made them aware of this and they’re constantly reassuring me that the minute flights come available for my date of choice next year that they will be more than happy to accommodate us. Amazing work from all the guys at love holidays, their patience and work ethic should be commended. Granted not all customers are happy with the outcome of their own situations however every company experiences issues during this time and unfortunately you can’t please everyone.
