There were not enough staff in the hotel, particularly in the bars and restaurants. At busy times, the restaurants were overcrowded and it was difficult to find a table. There were also long queues for grilled food and at the bars, with only one person serving drinks. At the lobby bar, no staff were taking orders, so guests had to queue and serve themselves at the bar. Service was slow and often frustrating due to the lack of staff. In addition, Turkish music was played throughout the day, even though most guests were from other countries. A more varied international music selection would have created a better atmosphere for all guests. I would like to stress that there was nothing wrong with Love Holidays, and the booking process and holiday arrangements were fine. My comments relate solely to the hotel experience and the level of service provided during our stay. Overall, the hotel has potential, but staffing levels and guest experience in the food and beverage areas need significant improvement.

1)Transfer didn’t know where they were taking us. 2)Dropped at apartment, miles away from where key pick up was. Only found out by accident as an English lady told us. 3) Incurred 2 taxi fares to get key. Couldn’t check in until 5. 4) no kettle 5) no WiFi 6) pick up directions not clear.. 7) had to say we couldn’t return key which they wanted. 8)£200 deposit sprung on us 9) no sunbeds( told it was shut)

Hotel was in a great location.was clean except for our room on last day floor hadn’t been cleaned.food was disgusting very cold had chicken one night in a mushroom sauce nearly broke a tooth.room was so noisy come home need a holiday.

Moonlight apartments were 10 minutes walk from Fira no footpaths on road and no lights in places no bar/restaurant reception closed at 5pm breakfast served on a tray mostly pastries no fresh fruit or yogurt no toilet at the pool

Upon arriving at the airport, we waited 45 minutes for our transfer to arrive. After such a long journey, this delay was unacceptable. The transfer itself then took over 2 hours, despite the journey supposedly taking no more than 1 hour and 30 minutes. To make matters worse, we were dropped off in a car park in the middle of the night, nowhere near our hotel. We were given no directions or assistance on how to reach the hotel from there. Being left stranded in an unfamiliar area late at night caused us significant stress and inconvenience and was completely unacceptable.

Hotel was terrible,food raw when cooked in front of you , selection of food limited and repetitive reception staff unhelpful and keycards constantly breaking , some the air con didn’t work , tv didnt work not that I needed it , sister stuck in lift they were constantly breaking just to name a few things

The hotel was awful! I know it was a 2* so I didn't expect it to that much. But it was dirty and not be maintained, it did not look the the photos or the description. The mini golf course was used as a car park. The area was not well maintained! We have fans in the room that were dirty! It was noisy!

Would not recommend this hotel to families.. very little to do.. you have to pay for sun loungers.. tennis court was closed. No evening entertainment. No vibe.. The grounds were stunning and was lovely and quiet but lacked alot.

They were not contactable from tunisia in the uk I tried so many times the love holidays rep at hotel was no help really disappointed.

The picures and discriton of the hotel were wrong and some of the pictures are not even of this hotel. I dont know how you can put pictures up of the hotel, when they are not this hotel, even met with the hotel manager who said they are not of this hotel, he was very helpful and understood our confusion of the pictures and discription and said it was not of this hotel.

The main issue throughout this experience was the lack of proper customer support. It was extremely difficult to contact anyone through the chat service. There should be a direct customer support phone number available for urgent situations.

Hotel not as described was meant to be 4 star was more like 2 star food awful rooms dated and hard beds people saving loungers so never get a chance to get one Spent more money on eating out and doing day trips as hotel had nothing there only one pool too

Whilst no problem with booking and going on hotel recommendation, on arrival very unhappy with hotel & on contacting customer service was basically told to take up with hotel management and if not resolved they would intervene. Not a great start at 10.30pm !!. You had to climb stairs, up & down after exiting lift. I felt we were going down to a cellar rather than 5th floor. Not a delux room in my opinion, clean but basic. We had no choice but to stay but a very disappointing start to our trip. I will also be leaving a review on hotel separately.

I was not happy with my room and wanted Love holidays to help but all I got was a chatbot which was not helpful at all so we had to put up with our antiquated very expensive room

When it looks too good to be true it usually is. Pay cheap, expect cheap. Had to lower my expectations to get through it.
