“Basically it was the hotel overall, flights and transfers Please describe the experience of your hotel The hotel is quite run down and health and safety issues regarding the kids park, as uneve surtaces. There was never enough cups/glasse to serve drinks at the bar and when they collected the cups/glasses the staff simply just rinsed them and refilled them leading to bacteria spreading. The food in the restaurant was very much the same every day and never very hot unless you got the omelette or the sti fry which they cooked fresh. ice creams were only served at 4pm every day and the queues for them were very long and the staff serving them only had one serving scoop for multiple flavours therefore he would rinse the scoop in water to serve a different flavour rather than having a serving scoop for each flavour. The mini club for kids was very sparse and dated. There was one sit on ride toy and not many reading books or other kind of toys available. The bar on an evening always had queues as there was only one barman serving. The cocktails were very syrupy and did not taste lik they were supposed to. On the plus side the entertainment team were friendly and good with the kids and the pool activities were good The bedrooms were very hot as they do not switch on the air conditioning until June. Also not all rooms have a balcony which is disappointing. There is nothing around d the hotel so you cannot walk anywhere either. The beach was very small. ←”

“The app had limited functionality making arrangements difficult including reserving plane seats. We paid extra for a premium room but given several unclean and unattended rooms including exposure to e.coli from sitting water and no room refreshments that were part of the package. Unable to upload photos as it keeps failing.”

“Changed hotels once arrived at resort. Dumped off from the transfer coach around 500m and not given directions to hotel. Put in another hotel with a wall view not what was booked as a upgraded mountain view in original the hotel food we were put in was disgusting. Room cleaned everyday which was a possitive and in a lovely pretty location. Taxi on the morning of departure was an absolute nightmare to take us back to transfer location to be picked up from airport. We were told we didnt have to pay because of change of hotel for the taxi to arrive and tell us we have to pay and just left!!! Nightmare getting another sorted by hotel to and fro with original hotel and current hotel who was paying”

“Love Holidays said air con was included for my hotel. The hotel wanted £5 per night extra. The room had no ventilation so I had to leave the balcony door open with the security risk and possibility of insect bites.”

“I wanted to find out how to find the airport shuttle transfer- you have no human being to take your calls 0/10 for that. People need reassurance - especially if they are 80 with limited mobility and are not tech savvy. One of the reason I booked a package holiday. I have never stayed at a hotel where the pool was on the other side of the road to the hotel which was inconvenient. Night security was non-existent or useless as the revellers who broke into the pool and kept many residents awake till 4.30am were not stopped. Dirty mattresses under toppers and shabby interiors were not that great and the pool restaurant food was poor quality, unseasoned and twice the price of the single restaurant on the main road down a very steep hill which was the only alternative. I tried to book 2 rooms but you booked us only one. I sent a separate email to the hotel they ignored and when we got there they had only a large apartment to offer so we had to pay a large upgrade. Would I book this hotel or loveholidays again? I most certainly would not”

“Hotel not great service food not great pork everyday. Pool staff not very friendly in my opinion. All inclusive not worth the money as I went with other people that stay in a different hotel said the all inclusive was unreal and I 100% disappointed with food and bar staff. Times of all inclusive all over the place. Reception staff very good”

“Coach transfers late on arrival and departure, making a very stressful departure as we were late getting to airport and through check in narrowly nearly missing our flight. Roadworks all around hotel all day every day.”

“Won't be using loveholidays again. The rep was only interested in selling trips. Only got told my hotel had been changed 3 days before my holiday, to 1 way too far from away from anything. Had too change it again 😕”

“The hotel was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Dust everywhere, old furniture, and lint all over the floor. The doors had no locks, so anyone could access the rooms. I did not feel safe at all and would not recommend this hotel.”

“We were kept waiting for the outward transfer for 1hr and 15 minutes. Inward, we were told pickup time was 8am. It still hadn’t arrived by 8.25am. We had to get a taxi tae, at the cost of 45 euros.”

“We asked for assistance. Didn't get it until near plane. Lack of communication. Accommodation needs to be reviewed. Ive not used Ryanair for years due to bad past experiences. Gave you a try.. never again unless you gave us a very good discount.! So much for giving you another chance.!”
