Had several message chats to change holiday to 2021. Love holidays have replied on each time - no holidays available for next year?? Why can I book a holiday with them for 2021 on their website??
I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, as all airlines ect are struggling but they should be responding to THIER CUSTOMER'S or keeping them updated.
In will be contacting them again tomorrow and will see what their response is.
I know Ryanair has them over a barrel with flight refunds as he said they are flying to all resorts from 1st July..
