“Hotel looks lovely some parts are but housekeeping could do with a shake up , the food was not very good basics but do not really accommodate for other nationals, reception staff did very good especially the young lady on late afternoon and the bar was sparse cans larger poured into paper cups or gin soft drinks cola but overall what you pay for is what you get so they say”

“The hotel I would say is t 4 star more like a 2- 3 star , the cleaners would come very 3 days, food was nice but seemed the same every meal and not much selection in drinks, pools was good , entertainment was good and the kids club didn’t see any on the mini disco in the evening, Rooms where on the small side tv didn’t work in one of the rooms.”

“The hotel was overall average and did not feel like a true 5-star experience. During our 5-night stay, housekeeping only cleaned our room once. The cleaning staff usually came very late in the day, often when we were resting, so the room was not serviced regularly. The food was decent, but not what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. There was a reasonable variety, but the quality was more in line with a 3-star property. The snack options were particularly disappointing, with very limited choice and quality. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and the hotel was generally pleasant. However, considering the facilities, food, and housekeeping standards, I would rate this hotel closer to 3 stars rather than 5.One aspect we really appreciated was the opportunity to have dinner at the sister hotels. This added great value to our stay, as we were able to enjoy different cuisines and themed dinners each evening, making the dining experience more varied and enjoyable.”

“The hotel was just opposite the beach which was great , however we had no water to drink in the room , we weren’t allowed to take bottles with water from the restaurant into our room ( all inclusive ) , we had lots of little ants even though we had no food in the room . Apart of that , it was a nice holiday . Nice pool , good variety of food, very tasty food, staff very nice . Would recommend”

“The hotel doesn't deserve a 4-star rating. My room was cleaned twice in 10 days. There were no clean towels, the children's pool bars were closed, there was no drinking water in the room, the soccer fields were closed, the bar often ran out of ice for drinks, there wasn't enough staff, and there were huge lines for food.”

“Hotel location was great and we had been last year however the pool area this year was filthy and was not cleaned at all for the duration of our holiday. There was vomit, dirty nappies and general filth around the pool area and the pool floor was also filthy with bits of everything floating. I cut my foot on something on the pool floor.”

“Flatotel avoid if you want a quite stay .we go out a lot but do have hours round pool .in bed around ten up early in morning .hotel full of Spanish school trips .the noise at night and in morning was unbelievable load.couldn’t lie in and out night running around corridors lift door banging .late afternoon all 30 kids jumping in pool .one lot of kids left then loads more turned up in coaches .complained to kids to quiet down teachers and also reception on leaving .wish I had took videos for some compensation but as on holiday and early in morning late at night last thing I want to be doing on my holiday .such a same as hotel was clean , bit out of way but right next to bus stops ..was just the constant noise should be advertised so aware .love holidays should step in here”
