Package holiday booked through LH.
Due to fly 22 April.
Had the offer of a full cash refund for the Hotel but told to go through EasyJet for flight refund.
I applied for the refund and LH sent email saying this was being processed... This was weeks ago. Just received an email telling me to ring 02033226467 to apply for a refund with details of how much they owe me.
Can't get through.... Automated service... Absolutely appalling service.
DON'T EVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY
