This company is a disgrace. My holiday was cancelled due to covid. I was due to travel on 28th April. Emirates refunded the flight money £799 over 8 weeks ago but loveholidays say they haven’t received it. So where is my money.? I finally managed to connect to live chat after several days but the operator was rude and dismissive and ended the chat without answering my query. Disgusting they are going to lose millions of customers
