“I booked for the parking at Liverpool airport with love holidays. For my holiday to Tunisia. My parking was cancelled without my knowledge. I come up to the barriers and they say I have no parking there. When I found the confirmation. They told me that my parking had been cancelled in February. I had three children in the car with me and had to turn around. When I called love holidays regarding this they advised it was a fault on their end and that I would need to find alternative parking and send them a receipt they would reimburse me. I could not park in the original car park. So I had to book parking further away and walk a fair distance with my three children and four suitcases. This cost me an extra £83 on the day of my holiday that I had not expected. I am also still waiting for the email address to send my receipt. The representative never sent it to me which she said she would. So now I will have to call again.”

“The hotel was shocking , dirty and certainly not value for money. After experiencing this holiday to Tunisa we womt be returning to Tunisa again. Very run down country and not alot of money or investment in the country so looks shabby. For what we paid for the 10 nights at the hotel Bel Aur it was more of a 1 star than 4 star .”

“Would avoid hotel livvo Valle! Partner was racially abused and was told Spanish people don’t like black people and that the staff member didn’t like him because he was black. Made complaint with manager, she didn’t take use seriously and done nothing but pull faces and tell us she didn’t believe us! Room was covered in ants. Food was inedible and had to eat out every day as it made me, my partner and 2 children(9&2) very poorly. Water park was fun but salt water has given me a reaction on my scalp and my nephew an ear infection. Not aloud to bring own food and drink into water park but it’s also not included in your all inclusive. Entertainment didn’t go on for very long and was repetitive. Made a complaint with love holidays, told they’ll make a complaint with hotel provider but we wasn’t entitled to refund or any amendments including a transfer of hotels and if we felt unsafe due to the racial abuse to call police.”

“Advertised as all-inclusive — far from the truth; unsafe facilities and poor treatment We stayed at the Arbatt Hotel from 3–10 June 2026 on an all-inclusive basis, and unfortunately this was the worst holiday we have ever experienced. The all-inclusive offering was severely misrepresented: alcohol regularly ran out by midday or earlier, with none available for a full 24-hour period at one point. Gin and branded spirits shown behind the bar were not actually included. Staff were often uncooperative; on one occasion, they spoke only Turkish, laughed openly while watching us, and suggested we buy drinks elsewhere. At the pool bar, I was refused a double burger and even a portion of fruit, and later told I could not take food poolside specifically “because I had complained” — clear victimisation. Our room had loose, unsafe fixtures and was poorly maintained. The pool steps are uneven, broken, and pose a serious slip risk for all guests, including children. Most staff spoke little or no English and offered no help when we tried to raise concerns. Requests for management contact details were refused. What should have been a relaxing break was completely ruined by stress and disappointment. I would strongly advise others to avoid this resort — it does not deliver what it promises, and safety and service standards are unacceptable.”

“Very disappointed, the hotel was very old & dated, our room looked very tired and wasn’t very clean, it smelt like sewage, especially when using the shower the drains would kick up, infact I don’t think I even had more then 1 hot shower the water was also freezing. The restaurant was very basic more like a primary school dinner hall then a restaurant food was terrible with very little options we ate out every day skipping breakfast and just having lunch & dinner out side the hotel, spent all our spending money on food. The pool area was also very old and tired and very very basic 2* at most the towel was old and didn’t feel nice, they was snagged & ripped, they wasn’t even matching they was different colours and shades where they was so old. The snacks area round the pool wasn’t even worth mentioning I see a few smashed up fish fingers (left over from EVERY days breakfast lunch & dinner) a few mini burgers and some fruit. We didn’t even attempt this. Luckily there was a shop right outside where we got snacks and multiple restaurants just outside where we ate the rest of our meals. Like I said which was very disappointing as we hadn’t allowed enough spending money to eat out as much as we needed the plan was to eat in the hotel and go out for a few nice meals once or twice. All in all the hotel was an absolute let down and definitely well over priced, I’ve stayed in over 2* self catering hotels.”

“Transfers perfect hotel is rubbish very dirty take your own toilet rolls Female manager is very nasty with the young ones she is taking money out of these kids pockets for damages they are not responsible for It wants knocking down Avoid like the plague”

“Just the guy on the desk sent us to wrong area to get our transferr to accomadation but the driver had waited for us and was very apologetic as we have used this transferr company many times and they are excellent”

“Love holidays itself as a company should look into the accommodation they are offering as our hotel Sol pelicans bendidorm was horrendous the staff are rude especially reception staff pool staff and dining room staff room was inadequate filthy floor cleaner didn’t clean for three days very disappointed with the accommodation!!”

“The staff at hotel were rude. Everything seemed to much trouble. Didn’t feel relaxed at all. The room was very basic no facilities. The food was tasteless and bland. We would not return . Very disappointed. However the beach is fantastic and the food along the beach was great.”

“Flight on time both ways, hotel ( Elba sunset Mallorca) was amazing, got an upgraded room too which was perfect for our anniversary. Staff were brilliant, especially the reception staff, so friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was the shared shuttle transfer, I understand that it’s shared so all people need to be on the bus but we waited for our transfer from the airport to hotel for two hours for everyone to arrive so definitely will be getting a private transfer next time. Apart from that a perfect break.”

“Food is terrible & would not feed it to an animal. Upgrade was a waste of money. Not enough space at pool or enough sun beds for the amount of people during busy periods. Entertainment was not the best & room was dirty with no clean towels upon arrival. Staff were very helpful.”
