They hiked the flight prices up straight after we booked our holiday to Penang in Malaysia. Nearly four months after we booked and just 2 days before we travelled they said that they could not provide us with the hotel that we booked and paid a lot of money for. They offered us a second rate hotel an hour by car away from the resort we booked . As it was only 2 days away from departure and one of the days was Christmas we did not have much of an option. We have had to spend 3 hours a day travelling to the resort that we originally booked. We feel that we have been completely ripped off by Love Holidays

Love holidays are a bunch of scammers that will bluff you until you’re blue in the face. Pass the responsibility to the hotels who will tell you to go to the agent you booked with. We had no heat in the room and they told us that heat wasn’t specifically mentioned in the booking. To make a long story short they fobbed us off over 34 emails. Couldn’t admit the problem hadn’t been resolved. We sent them videos and pictures of the whole accommodation and the absolute state it was in but they kept apologising but did nothing. Avoid them. Unless you like being messed around. Worst and least cooperative agent ever. Sided with the hotel instead of taking responsibility. And when we complained to the hotel they didn’t clean the room or change the towels. Sad people. Insincere and untrustworthy. Unprofessional and unapologetic. But I’m not going to go away!!

Awful service they take your money and leave you dangling. Hiked up cost of flights after we booked and then told us 72 hours before departure date that our hotel was no longer available. Absolutely shocking customer service

Love Holidays present themselves as a trustworthy holiday booking service. I have used them for 2 years now. The first 2 holidays went without issue. The 3rd holiday was terrible. Firstly, Love Holidays apparently use "local agents" to arrange hotels for their clients. If the hotel rejects the booking at the last minute then Love Holidays is hamstrung to accept the local agents recommendation for a replacement. If the replacement is not to your liking then you can cancel, but loose the flights. Therefore you have no choice but to take the alternative. When it comes to complaining, or getting any amount of refund Love Holidays prefer not to take any responsibility. They blame their "suppliers". I have learnt that all Love Holidays are is a collection of potential hotels and flight options that they will book for you like a cheap travel agent. Don't expect the back up of a travel agent or a tour operator. This company has no interest in keeping their customers happy... or even offering their customers what they paid for.

Avoid this company!! I booked a holiday 6 months ago. I am due to depart tomorrow and they sent me an email last week to advise of “some maintenance work” at the hotel. I decided to contact the hotel to find out there is significant construction work ongoing and that the pool area is completely out of use. The hotel advised advised all vendors were made aware of this several months ago however LoveHolidays only informed me last week and are refusing any alternative solution insisting my stay will not be affected. Obviously construction and no pool area will affect my stay and it is not what I booked or paid for. This is unacceptable!!!

Keep away from this company, I booked a holiday on line could not proceed to payment so I called the next day, I had a reference number they had no idea what I was talking about so could not carry on with my booking...

Terrible website, do not recommend! We booked a beautiful modern hotel for our holiday in Egypt. At the airport, the transfer driver told us that we would be taken to a different hotel because there were no available rooms in the one we had booked. I refused and insisted that they take us to the hotel we paid for. After a long discussion, we were finally accommodated in our booked hotel—but only for two nights. For the rest of our stay, we were told we had to move to another hotel that doesn’t meet our expectations at all. The company Loveholidays has been completely unhelpful in resolving this issue. Their provider owns the hotel we were moved to, so it feels like a scam to keep the money within their own network rather than pay a competing hotel. Do not book your trip through this website що unless you want to be deceived and have your holiday ruined.

2 dagen voor vertrek stuurde zij een email met daarin dat de pakketreis duurder is uitgevallen of we moesten vertrekken vanuit een compleet andere locatie èn via een zéér onbekende oostblok luchtvaartmaatschappij. Als ik een reisboek dan ga ik ervanuit dat de reis doorgaat èn voor de prijs dat ik geboekt heb! Schandalig!

They are not fully transparency about all costs during the booking process. When a customer requests an accessible room, make this information is clearly communicated to the hotel. And if you earn commission or additional fees through third-party bookings, customers should be informed upfront.

They were very professional and empathetic from the first time I contacted them. They gave clear, detailed instructions at every stage of the process, listened intently to every detail, and responded quickly. Their genuine attention was what most impressed me; they made sure that the solutions they offered actually fit my circumstances, rather than just offering them. Their competence, kindness, and consistency transformed what seemed like a tense situation into one of comfort and self-assurance.

To be honest with you, this was one of the most stressful holidays I've had in a long time. I usually never go all inclusive but, considering the pre booking communication, the 5 star LaBranda hotel TMT in Bodrum and the easy booking process we went for it. Four of us travelling. It all started when the original hotel we booked was not available, we chose one of the available options and oh boy were we disappointed.... We arrived late at night to substandard and dirty rooms, i cannot express the state of the mouldy showerheads... Support from loveholiday was less than impressive, i spent nearly 70 euro in calls alone and they opened a case with the hotel, the hotel lied, however, upon much insistence, we got upgraded rooms. No more communication was received from loveholiday and they, i later found out, closed our case. To the last day, our names were not on the transport list and cue the back and forth with the rep, eventually he sorted the transport but, love holiday is not available unless i call them, again at 2 euro per minute.... I tried to respond to the previous email thread but was surprised with a "we closed your case" automated email. First and last time i will book with loveholiday...

We were badly let down by loveholidays, left stranded at the airport and had to make our own way to the hotel, with two heavy suitcases,having already paid £164 for the transfers (both ways). Their response to my complaint was very poor and lacked any empathy at all. I will never book with loveholidays in the future.

Loveholidays is NOT an ABTA member. You might get a cheap holiday, but I am currently experiencing the verh hard way of learning that they use third parties!! My hotel in Side, Turkey is horrendous and I met with my rep the following day at 2.30pm to discuss my issues. 5 days and 54 emails later, I am still in the same hotel. I have been lied to multipletimes. I have been wrongly informed multiple times. So many questions and contradictions within their emails is incredible. Despite flagging their errors multiple times, the same lies or factually incorrect information was forthcoming!! Dealing with Loveholidays whilst on holiday has been a horrendous experience and ruined my holiday! Please be careful when booking with Loveholidays as NOT an ABTA member.

Terrible company - avoid at all costs. Ryanair changed our flights so we informed Love Holidays. They were extremely slow to respond which resulted in us losing our preferred accommodation for an extra night. They then tried to sell us inferior accommodation for an extra £500 - £300 more than it cost on their website. Eventually after numerous emails and calls i cancelled and was told i wouldn't incur any cancellation charges. They did charge us almost £200 for cancelling - which we had to due to their incompetence. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Love holidays is cheap and overate the hotels that they advertise, i don't think anyone of their staff actually review the hotels to see if they meet up with their advertised expectations. Love holidays should do routine checks on these places, they are getting away with it and don't care once you have paid. Naughty dispucable firm and should be struck off for deceiving customers

I would never book a holiday with Love Holidays again! We were completely mis sold our holiday to The Carribean Resort Agadir. We researched, and at the time of booking it had many positive reviews, strangely enough around about the time we were there it mainly has negative reviews. The pictures are nothing like the hotel we booked. Mouldy mattresses, broken doors, raw food, broken tiles in the pool, the pool turned swimwear green! Bedding wasn’t changed our whole 10 night stay, despite asking. Ants in our room. We ate out a lot or ordered in as we were ill, dangerous wires on show, and cupboards open on each floor concealed by a mirror, when you look in a very deep drop, if a child got in it could be fatal! Staff rude and unhelpful. The list is endless!! Try to contact Love Holidays while you’re away and the stupid chat bot ironically looses connection, especially when asking for help or complaining. The rep said he’s been there a year and has had 1000s of complaints. Return, contact Love Holidays, long story short, 1️⃣4️⃣ different agents responding, some with the same responses, some different. Even with photos and videos they are still not accepting responsibility. Offered 25% refund, before I could decline paid it and said there’s nothing more they can do. Well Love Holidays as promised I’m reaching out like I said to let people know how appalling your service is. ABTA have been contacted, next the financial Ombudsman. You shouldn’t be allowed to sell holidays the way you are and get away with it. We were MIS SOLD our holiday with pictures that were probably taken 20 years ago!!! I would also like to add that it was a package holiday, and as the organiser Love Holidays has a Legal Responsability under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulation 2018 to take this seriously. Tried to upload photos, and every time it won’t let me 🤔

We booked a holiday with loveholidays 9 nights and paid an extra £380 for a Bungalow with Panoramic sea view. One day of the holiday was ruined due to the turmoil of trying to move rooms and the best room available STILL did not have the sea view as advertised. They have refused to refund us, stating that this room has indeed still classed as a Panoramic Sea View. Judge for yourself have uploaded the actual view we got and that still being advertised by loveholidays. BEWARE ANY DESCRIPTION AS IT MAY WELL NOT MATCH REALITY.

UNBELIEVABLE....Canceled our daughters holiday with less than 24Hr to go stating it was over booked even though it was booked FIVE MONTHS AGO...... (5 people in her party) No other holiday offered even though there whole website is full of holidays flying tomorrow.....When this was pointed out to them our daughter was told well book that then (But Love Holidays has ALL THERE MONEY £700 each) Total disgrace one in the part had to book this time off work a year ago and our daughters a nurse and will not get any other time off............Booked 5months ago so why are they all cancelled as I bet loads others have booked this holiday since then ???? Love Holidays wot answer that of course........I bet Love holiday saw they where all just about 20 years old and thought we will get away with fobbing them off.... This is all so a hen do trip they had all arranged.....So Agree they have done this to a group of young people some of them there first holiday since leaving home ..... WHAT A DISGRACE OF A COMPANY
